Ebay Seller Replace-a-cell warrants the phone purchased on Ebay for the period of
6-months from the end date of the applicable auction.
This warranty covers normal operation of this phone and does not cover damage sustained due to impact or moisture damage.
At the seller’s option the warranty is good for repair or replacement of the subject phone. If the phone is replaced, the phone will be replaced with a phone of the same model in similar condition to the one originally sold to the buyer. To submit a claim under this warranty, the buyer must contact the seller regarding the claim and at the buyer’s expense return the phone to the seller. The seller will use best efforts to repair or replace phone in a reasonable amount of time and return the phone to the buyer bninc@mindspring.com
