 Shipping. Although most items ship within 1-3 business days, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order. A shipping notification is sent automatically via email once your order has shipped. Insurance is optional, but recommended as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged mail that is uninsured. You will be provided with the option to select insurance at checkout. Delivery transit times are typically 2-6 days depending on your address and the shipping carrier. We will use the US Postal Service or UPS depending on package weight. Always include a street address in case we need to use UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
 Warranty & Returns. SquareTrade extended warranties are available on most of our products for just 8-12% of the purchase price and either 2 or 3 years of additional coverage. The extended warranty is optional, but for higher valued items we strongly suggest the addition of a SquareTrade warranty. You will be provided with extended warranty details once you have successfully placed an order. We will cover defective items within the first 7 days of receipt by providing a replacement or full refund based on your preference. If you need to return an item please send us an email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number on the outside of the packaging to receive proper credit. Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
