Common Facts about this Sim Card (PLEASE READ):
- Sim cards will only valid for 30 days after your activation date! You can activate the sim card whenever you are ready. Sim cards are valid forever and never expire.
- You can only activate the sim card via email, fax or our website.
- The data plan will ONLY valid to the type of phone you provided to us. You will be responsible to configure your data settings to your phone in order to make the sim card work properly. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TECH SUPPORT. Please call T-Mobile for further assistance if needed.
- WE HAVE EVERY AREA CODE INCLUDING PUERTO RICO AND HAWAII. Please dont ask...we have it! We will provide you an area code based off your state given. If you have a preferred area code, please state your choice at the time of activation only.
- At the end of your 30 days period, you can toss the sim card away and buy another one from us for the same features above but you will be getting a different phone # with a new sim card. YOU CAN NOT PORT ANY NUMBER so pls dont ask.
- The sim card will only work on T-Mobile phones or UNLOCKED GSM Phones. Please make sure your phone is compatible for Tmobile service.
- Activations are completed by a separate department. All submissions will always need to include your paypal ID or email address used to purchase so that staff can verify your purchase and complete submission quickly.
- Activations are completed Monday - Saturday from 12-6pm EST. Activations submitted will be completed within those time frames. If sent after hours then service will be activated the following business day.

- What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Report any damages during shipment to us immediately.
