For laptops to AK/HI and Puerto Rico we charge $40. Shipping costs are fixed and cover shipping, handling, packaging and materials. We generally ship within 1 to 3 business days once payment is received UNLESS uncontrollable circumstances arise. The insurance option is available in case your package is lost or damaged during shipping. You can then file a claim. If not purchased, then there is nothing we can do. RETURNS

Refunds are strictly for the BID amount. Once we receive the defective item (all items in description) and examine it, the refund/exchange will be processed. You MUST contact us, prior to returning an item. Please send the return/exchange form (included w/ item) or a note with the returned item as to why it is being returned and if you want an exchange OR refund. If you would like to exchange for the same product and we are out of stock, we will immediately issue a refund instead! We will not issue a refund for items tampered with. We will not issue a refund until the item is considered non-shipping damaged. Refunds will not be given on items sold "AS IS" OR if the return item is received 15 DAYS after an item has been shipped originally. Items returned to us for reasons other than OUR fault (ie: item listed incorrectly) will be subject to a restocking fee of $10.

THAT IS THE EXTENT OF CELL PHONE TESTING. Each laptop has been individually tested and may have had a hard drive, memory or both installed in order to have the unit tested. Some laptops require a hard drive or memory in order to power on. If a screen issue is mentioned, we may have had to hook up the VGA cable to another monitor in order to view the screen! Please check for this when receiving your laptop before contacting us. Please note that all laptops unless otherwise noted come with NO HARD DRIVE. All other specifics should be noted in the auction as well. Laptops listed for PARTS AND REPAIR may or may not have been tested.
