Shipment problems
Our system updates your order and sends email with the tracking number, items are shipped with your selected class of service.
Shipments which were shipped and do not arrive due to carrier delay or loss, if item is available and eligable for reshipment, will be shipped with the original shipping service provided, if item is not available we reserve the right for refund.
Items that are damaged in transit, customer will file claim with his post office and notify us, we will follow postal instructions and procedure. if item is available and eligable for reshipment, will be shipped with the original shipping service provided, if item is not available we reserve the right for refund.
In case where item is undeliverable with the address provided or recepient is not available, when item is returned to us, customer is responsible for reshipment cost.
Orders with incomplete address, will be held until customer provides correction.
For any other shipment issues please contact us, and we will rectify it by reshipment or refund upon return of shipped item.
