We have received a few emails with a bit of confusion about the difference between the Digitizer, LCD, Touchscreen, etc. Screens basically come in two parts. There is the LCD, which is what you see the color and picture from. Then there is the outer layer that interprets the stylus taps. This is called the Digitizer or Touchscreen. If you can't see a picture on your screen, or it is distorted, then you will need the LCD(also listed in our store). If your digitizer won't allign or is badly scratched, then you need the digitizer. REPAIR SERVICE:
This item is not difficult to repair, but for those that are unsure about doing the repairs on their own, we offer a repair service to install your item(s) that you have purchased from us for $20 which replaces any shipping charges and covers return shipping to you as well. We offer this as an incentive for those not good with electronics to have their PDA repaired professionally, and take away the risk of damaging components trying to do it themselves. This offer is good for U.S. repairs only!! For International customers, we offer the same service at a cost of $40 and will include the return shipping to you. Please email us for specific shipping instructions for your unit so that we can instruct you on the proper method to ship your item so it arrives to us safely.
For those of you that want to do the repairs to your iPAQ yourself, we do have the tools available for you to purchase. We have a 16-in-1 Torx tool that will open just about any PDA or PDA/Phone on the market. We have these available in our eBAY store under "PDA Repair Tools" for your convenience.

U.S. SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY: ((BRAND NEW!!!))
Due to popular demand, we have restructured our shipping rates to a flat rate shipping policy. U.S. Shipping and handling for this and ANY other item we sell through eBay will be a flat $7 fee. Additional purchases through eBAY will ship ABSOLUTELY FREE!! The more you BUY, the more you SAVE!! Flat rate USPS Priority Mail service is available for $12, and if you purchase Express Mail service, then we will ship your package for a flat rate of $22 for up to 2 lbs. Additional Express shipping charges will be added for every 2 lbs.(and portion thereof) after that at a rate of $22. To qualify for the free shipping on additional items, all items MUST be paid for at the SAME TIME. If separate payments are made for items purchased, you will NOT have the option to reduce the shipping amount. Items will be shipped either through USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or FedEx Standard Overnight/USPS Express Mail depending on weight and value of package and service purchased. Each item will be securely and safely packaged to endure shipping. Customers should understand that we pay other fees to ship a package in addition to the actual postage fees. Some of these fees include the packaging materials, processing costs, printer supplies, as well as an employee who is paid per package for shipping services. If you don’t agree with the shipping rates, please do not purchase items. Shipping fees are non-negotiable and if you look at other sellers and their shipping fees, you will see that we are VERY REASONABLE especially considering our flat rate policy.
International Shipping and Handling Policy:

Please ensure that your address with PayPal is correct. If a package is returned to us and is undeliverable either due to wrong address, telephone number, or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will be assessed to repost the package out you.
International Customs and Duties Policy:
FixYourPDA.com does NOT pay for ANY Customs or Import Duties for ANY international package that we ship. All countries charge different rates and fees, so it would be impossible to include this charge with a standard fee. It is the responsibility of the buyer to research and know what fees to expect to pay for their package. Shipping and handling charges cover the preparation and shipping of the package only, nothing else.
Shipping Insurance Policy:
We offer insurance on all items shipped domestically. We have now started a flat rate Insurance policy of $2 per package for U.S. shipments. If you have purchased the Express Shipping Service, then it automatically includes $100 worth of insurance. If insurance is purchased, at our discretion, we may handle the liability of the package on our own without actually purchasing insurance through the USPS. This is only for items that we deem are not at risk for loss within the USPS system. In the event that you have purchased insurance against loss or damage, and you either do not receive the package, or there is damage to the item, we will replace the item at no cost to you once you have returned the item. If you have purchased insurance and insurance was purchased on your behalf through the USPS, then you will be provided all the information to make a claim through the USPS. Our liability and responsibility would effectively end at the point that the insurance slip/information is transferred into your possession. Insurance for International packages is included with the flat rate shipping fee up to the amount declared for customs value only. If you have a special customs request, be sure to relay this to us before purchasing items. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding this policy.
WARRANTY PROVISIONS:
This item, and all items that we sell are guaranteed for a period of 30 days from delivery. Should you have any problems at all, just email us for return mailing instructions. We offer exchange of parts only. If you ordered the wrong part, that can be worked through as well. Please be aware that ALL items are marked and/or labeled in such a way so that we know whether or not the item is ours or another vendors. Please do not try to defraud our company. Attempts to defraud us will result in non-return of the item, permanent ban from purchasing from our store, report filed with eBay and possible suspension from eBay.
NON-PAYING BIDDER POLICY:
You will have 10 calendar days to present payment to us for the item(s) that you have agreed to purchase. If payment does not reach us in that period of time, a "non-paying bidder" complaint form will be filed and negative feedback will be left. We have had a few problems with people not paying for items they have won, stating... "money order is in the mail" and after 7 weeks of no payment, they just say that they don't want the item anymore. Then they wonder why negative feedback has been left for them. We do not like adopting this sort of policy, but not everyone is as reputable as us and we would like to discourage bidders who don't intend on paying for their items.
FEEDBACK POLICY: ((PLEASE READ CAREFULLY))
In an effort to create a feedback policy that is fair to everyone, we do not leave feedback for any buyers until feedback has been left for us. FEEDBACK IS LEFT ONCE A WEEK ON SUNDAY. The way we see it is that we do not know the transaction is successful until you have left positive feedback and are happy with your purchase. If there is any problem at all, we would like the opportunity to rectify the problem before feedback has been left. We stand behind the products that we sell, as you can see by our feedback and POWER SELLER status. There are however, on occasion, individuals out there who use feedback as a method of blackmail to receive free products and unjust consideration.
