Before you ship the phone to us
Make sure the data port on the phone you are shipping has no damage or corrosion,(If u dont know what this is then email us with your model# and we will tell you where to look) also make sure the battery is fully charged(if we have to charge it that will delay the shipment back to you). Make sure the phone you are sending to us works, because you will be charged full price once we flash your phone!!!
Shipping your phone to us
Once you buy it now u will be sent a email with the address to ship the phone to. You will need to pack the phone very well to ensure a safe trip and purchase insurance, delivery confirmation/tracking, because we will not be held responsible for phones lost in the mail in route to us!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shipping your phone back to you
We have a 24hr turn around on phones sent to us, on some phones we will need the cricket number that will be used on the phone to fully program some phones. Once we have te cricket number if needed your phone will be back in the mail and coming back home within 24 hours! We will ship programing instructions on every phone that we send back so you won't have any problem activating it on CricKet.
