We guarantee you will be satisfied with all of our products. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us via email. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition in which it was shipped. Used item is NOT refundable.
If package lost or delay in the mail (cannot deliver within 15 days), please email us, so we can solve the problem with post office or send full refund right away.

* * * Warranty: If the item you received having problem within 7 days, you can just return the defective unit to our Miami, FL, USA address, then we will send you a brand new unit for replacement.
If the item having problem within 2 years, you can return the defective unit for replacement. Buyer must register 2 years warranty within 8 days from the date buyer receives the package. If buyer did not register within 8 days or buyer entered incorrect data in warranty form , the warranty would be voided, no exception.
Defective units will be replaced upon return. Buyer pay for shipping charges.
Physical, Water and Heat damage will void the warranty for this product:
Physical damage: It will include high impact collision, dropping to the ground, tamper with sharp object in any part of this item.
Water damage: This item is not water proof or resistance, submersing into the water or even taking a bath will damage this item.
Heat damage: Item is place near fire for long period of time will have the battery overheat problem, left the item in the car for long time when the temperature is hot.
GPRS service and GPRS setting should be provided by buyer's phone service provider, seller cannot provide GPRS service and GPRS setting to buyers since this is related to the network service.
If buyer returns the item for ANY reason or phone service provider does not support the phone, there will be 10% restocking fee.
If return doesn't appear to be new, we will not accept the return and buyer will have to pay us back shipping to send back to them.
